Applicable replacement card fee of $6.95 will be deducted from the current balance of the prepaid card in order to issue a new prepaid card. Terms and Conditions apply to the card. Subject to applicable law, a monthly maintenance fee of $3 (USD) applies, but is waived for the first 6 months after the card is issued.
