I know I just did a pumpkin cake last week, but can you really blame me for wanting to try this one too? Does it not look absolutely delicious to you?! - 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
- 2 eggs
Cider Caramel Sauce:
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2/3 c. apple cider
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt to taste
