My in-laws are headed back for another visit so I am on the hunt for some good gluten-free recipes to make while they are here. These cookies look so good! Most of the recipes I have tried for flourless cookies tend to be hard and crunchy which is so not how I like my cookies to be. I am excited to try this recipe out and see what happens! - 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 to 4 large egg whites, at room temperature
- 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
