SUNDAY: Slow Cooker Black Bean & Chicken Burritos – This one is SOO easy to throw together! I used the Mrs. Dash taco seasoning and skipped tortillas.
MONDAY: Slow Cooker Spicy Pork – We have basketball and swimming tonight, so I need something quick and easy. This fits! Just throw a pork loin, enchilada sauce, and taco seasoning in the slow cooker and then shred the meat. It’s DELICIOUS!
TUESDAY: Italian Green Beans & Chicken Bake – SO easy and everyone loves it, which makes it even better!
WEDNESDAY: Baked Orange Chicken – I LOVE orange chicken, but I don’t love the fat and calories. I can’t wait to try this baked orange chicken recipe!
THURSDAY: Slow Cooker Chicken Ranch tacos – I’m teaching a coupon class tonight and my kids have basketball and swimming, so we need something QUICK that is ready to go when we all get home. Love this recipe for busy nights!! I use Mrs. Dash ranch and taco seasoning and it’s perfect!
FRIDAY: Slow Cooker Melt in Your Mouth Meatloaf – After a busy week, the last thing I want to do on a Friday night is COOK. This recipe cooks itself!!
SATURDAY: Sweet Potato Foil Pack Tacos – The first time I saw this recipe, I was intrigued, but I didn’t know how my family would respond. It’s become a HIT at my house!
