I am SOO ready for summer to be here already! Homework, school events, extracurricular – it’s all getting the best of me! This week I’m hoping to stay on track with menu planning and hoping to have the kids help me cook, too!

MONDAY: Easy Sweet & Sour Pork – I got this recipe from my mother in law shortly after I was married and it’s another kid friendly recipe that’s easy to throw together! You can also use your leftover ham to make yummy ham fried rice!
TUESDAY: Slow Cooker Melt in Your Mouth Meatloaf – This is a quick and easy recipe everyone loves which is perfect because we’ve got so many different things going on tonight!
WEDNESDAY: Slow Cooker Turkey Chili – This is one of my favorite “dump and go” crockpot recipes for busy nights and one of these days I will get around to blogging it!
THURSDAY: Slow Cooker Chicken Lickin’ Pork Chops – This pork chops recipe is SO easy to throw together and my family loves it! It’s lick your plate good!
FRIDAY: Pasta salad and sandwiches – my son has TWO football games tonight, so we need to eat quick!
SATURDAY: Easy Slow Cooker Lemon Chicken – only 3 ingredients needed and so yummy!
