I just got back from my local Kroger and was told I could not use my printed coupons if there was already an e-coupon being used for that item. Very disappointing since I had both for the Tide, Downy, Charmin and Bounty. This is the first time they have ever said anything like this. I live just outside the Houston area. I just e-mailed Kroger about this, since sometimes my printed coupons are better than my e-coupon and I would not want to use the e-coupon, but this doesn't seem to be an option
Oh no – I live in the Houston area, too. I just used several paper and e-coupons yesterday at Kroger and didn't have any issues, so I'm hoping this is not something that will happen throughout the Houston area. I had one of my local Kroger stores tell me that I couldn't use more than 3 coupons period in a transaction. I'm lucky to have 3 Kroger stores within a few miles of my house, so I definitely won't be going back to that one. Let me know what you hear from corporate.
