Cooking With Kids Thursday: Fruity Roll-ups

Would you believe it if I told you these were made out of Jello?  How cool is that?  This is going to be so much fun to make with the kids.  They don’t even really like Jello, but I have a feeling they are going to change their minds after this recipe. Thanks Joy of Jello!

Here is what you need to make these:

• 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
