Aldi deals for the week of 10/14-10/20

If you are new to shopping, at Aldi’s, here’s their coupon policy: or lack there-of since they don’t actually take coupons!

  • Aldi’s does not take coupons of any kind.
  • At Aldi’s, you will have to bag your own groceries and pay a quarter to get a cart. The quarter is reimbursed when the cart is returned.
  • You’ll need to bring in your own reusable grocery bags or you’ll have to purchase them in the store.

It’s hard to judge what a “good deal” is since cost of living varies so much in various parts of the country, but these are all “good deals” by my standards in a low to moderate cost of living area.

Safeway: Stock up Deals on Pop Tarts, toilet paper, dog treats, and granola bars!

If you have a Safeway or Safeway affiliate store in your area (it’s Randall’s here), right now you can grab stock up deals on Kellogg’s Pop Tarts, Pup-Peroni dog treats, Angel Soft Toilet paper, and Quaker Granola bars.  These deals run through Tuesday in my area!  I took advantage of all of these deals yesterday!

Here’s the breakdown on the deals you can score including links to printable coupons:

The Kellogg’s Pop Tarts 12 count boxes are $1.99 with in ad coupon!  Last week, several stores had the 8 count boxes on sale for $1.99 and I thought THAT was a good deal.  This is even better!  You can get them for just $1.66 per box after coupon!

Get Angel Soft toilet paper for just $.50 for a 4 pack.  That’s just $.12 per roll!

Quaker Granola bars are on sale for $1.88 per box.  We go through a LOT of these and I think they are the favorite snack in my house!  You can get them for just $1.38 per box after coupon, which is just $.14 per granola bar!
