These were not priced @ 99 cents and there were no indicators stating this deal about RR’s. They were the normal 1.79
The RR deal is an unadvertised deal and is all month. It is actually a catalina deal that is available at a number of stores including grocery stores. Bummer your store didn’t have the cheap toothbrushes, though. Pricing can vary a lot from place to place unfortunately.
I need your dictionary…hehe. What does RR and SS and OOP mean?
RR – Register reward (a coupon that prints off when you buy specific items at Walgreens).
SS – the Smart Source coupon inserts from the newspaper
OOP = the total amount out of pocket that you’re spending
