The following are scenarios for people who are “new” to shopping at CVS or who have very few ECBs to start with: (these are just ideas….you do not have to follow this exact order and you can skip some items if you do not need them or don’t have the coupons that match up with them)
Transaction #1:
Buy 2 ThermaCare heat wraps – $2.49/each
Use 2 $1/1 coupons
Spend $2.98, get a $4.98 ECB
Transaction #2:
Buy 8 Soy Joy bars – $1/each
Use $4.98 ECB from ThermaCare
Use BOGO free coupon
Use $1/5 printable
Spend $1.02, get an $8 ECB
Transaction #3: (two different options)
First option – Buy 2 Tylenol Pain relievers – $4.99/each
Use $8 ECB from Soy Joy (they will have to adjust it down to $7.98)
Use 2 $1 manufacturer’s coupons
Spend $0 OOP, earn $4 ECB
Second option – Buy 12 Soy Joy
Use $8 Soy Joy ECB
Use BOGO free coupon
Use $2/10 manufacturer’s coupon
Spend $1 OOP, earn a $12 ECB

Spend $18.97, earn $19.98
SCENARIO #2:
