I have THREE more days of work before my summer vacation starts!  We are all very excited around here!  The next few days are going to be hectic, so I’m relying on more slow cooker favorites to carry us through!

MONDAY:  Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches – This recipe is PERFECT for summer because your slow cooker does all the work and you just have to shred the meat and eat!

TUESDAY:  Slow Cooker Chicken Lickin’ Pork Chops – This is seriously one of the easiest recipes EVER to throw together!  The meat is zoo tender, too!

WEDNESDAY:  Stacked Green Enchiladas – If you’re craving enchiladas, but you don’t have a lot of time to make them, this is a great way to get your enchilada fix!

Cheesy-Baked-Ravioli

THURSDAY:  Cheesy Baked Ravioli – This is another favorite.  Really how can you go wrong with ravioli and cheese?
