SUNDAY: Creamy Chicken Enchiladas – This is my family’s FAVORITE enchiladas recipe and it’s actually really easy to throw together! Last night I taught my daughter how to make it!
MONDAY: Cheesy Baked Ravioli – This is such an easy recipe to throw together on busy nights! We’ll be having it with a side of grilled zucchini – yummy!
TUESDAY: Slow Cooker Hobo Stew – tonight is going to be CRAZY! This hobo stew recipe is like a twist on beef stew because it uses meatballs. My kids love it and the best part is that it will be ready to eat when we get home!
WEDNESDAY: Tasty Baked Tacos – I LOVE tacos and I have no idea where this recipe has been all my life. Since I discovered it, it’s become a FAVORITE!
THURSDAY: Slow Cooker Turkey Chili – this is such an easy “dump and go” recipe! We love it!
FRIDAY: Slow Cooker Sweet & Sour Chicken – this is a new recipe for me, but it sounds super simple and we’ve got a busy night, so it works for me!
SATURDAY: Eat out – I will be supervising my daughter’s choir trip ALL DAY, so we will be eating out tonight!
