I don’t often post HEB deals, but I know that there are some Texas shoppers out there who don’t really have any other options and there are a few deals this week that I thought were “noteworthy”

Just a note: the yellow coupons you find “in store” are typically manufacturer’s coupons with a store logo (you can tell because they either have an “M” on them and say manufacturer’s coupons or the bar code at the bottom starts with a 5 or a 9) so you cannot usually combine them with any other coupons
