Looking for some free family fun this weekend? Here is a round up of free activities and events. It’s always a good idea to check with your local store before going to make sure that they are participating (especially if you’ve got a drive).
Mark your calendar! Free Halloween events at Bass Pro Shops start next weekend!! My family looks forward to this every year! Here’s some of the fun you’ll enjoy this year:

Apple Stores – Check your local store for weekly workshops and youth programs
Barnes & Noble – Saturday, October 31st at 11:00 a.m., Rosie Revere, Engineer and Iggy Peck, Architect storytime and activities. Look here for a store near you.
Disney Store – Saturday, November 14th from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Sunday, November 15th from 12:30-2:30 p.m., experience a new world of adventure at Disney Stores Dino-rama Event! Get to know the characters from The Good Dinosaur and make your own dino-rama craft to take home!
Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft Stores – Free demos every Saturday, check your store here for more details.
Krispy Kreme – Free donut for everyone in costume!
Lakeshore Learning – Saturday, October 31st from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., kids can make a Spooky Spiderweb.
Lowes Build and Grow – The next class will be on Saturday, November 14th at 10 a.m., where kids can make a pullback #48 racecar. Free apron, goggles and patch are included. Register for this class here
Michael’s Kids Club: Monster Bash today from 9 am-3 pm – make a trick or treat bag, free face painting, and hourly costume parades!
Microsoft Stores – Check your local store for classes and special events for the whole family.
Pottery Barn Kids – Tuesday’s from 11-11:30 a.m., Story Time.
Target – select a city to find free or reduced-price admission to arts and cultural events in your area, sponsored by Target.
The Home Depot – The next class will be Saturday, November 7th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., where kids can make a Veterans Day Jet. All kid get to keep their craft, receive a FREE certificate of achievement, a Workshop Apron, and a commemorative pin while supplies last
Toys ‘R Us – Costume parade, treats, and pictures with Geoffrey from 12-1 pm!

Williams Sonoma Free Cooking Classes – This has been on my bucket list for a long time because I think my daughter would LOVE it! You do have to register in advance, but they’ve got the schedule posted for the whole month!
