I was born and raised in Texas and we LOVE our sauces and marinades here! You name it and I thought I’d tried it all: Steak sauce, brisket sauce, BBQ sauce (I’m hungry just thinking about all these sauces!) Believe it or not, I hadn’t tried Country Bob’s Sauce. I recently had the opportunity to try Country Bob’s Sauce and now I’m hooked! Country Bob’s sauce is an all purpose sauce, so you can use it on steak, hamburgers, chicken, and even french fries! They have some GREAT recipes for you to check out on their site, too!
My family loves meatloaf (I know that may sound weird, but there are seriously some good meatloaf recipes out there and when I make meatloaf we NEVER have any complaints or leftovers!), so I decided to try out a recipe for Country Bob’s Meatloaf. It was super easy to make and had tons of flavor!
Here are the ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean hamburger
1/4 cup chopped onions
12 crushed saltine crackers
2 eggs, beaten
1 T Country Bob’s Seasoning Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 cup Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy)
1/4 cup milk
Mix all ingredients together, place in baking dish, shape in loaf, pour a little more Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce on top and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
